Applying for ISO 9001:2000 certification

In order to obtain registration to ISO 9001:2000, you should first apply to us for a Quotation. (You may also post or fax it to us if you wish).

The assessment process

Please ensure that you provide the following information :

- The name & address of your business
- The nature of your business
- A contact name and telephone number (also fax & email if available)
- Number and location of all sites involved
- Number of persons employed at each site
- Details of any deadlines that you may have

We will then prepare your quotation and will email or fax it to you within a few days. If you wish to proceed, you will next need to send a copy of your Quality Manual and Procedures to us for review (this can be in electronic or printed format). We will give further details in the quotation.

Following our review, we will liaise with you and arrange an on-site assessment.

Finally, after a successful assessment you will then be registered to the ISO 9000 series of standards.

At pre-arranged intervals, we will return to conduct ongoing surveillance visits (the number and duration of these surveillance visits depends upon the size of your business and the complexity of the activities). You will also be re-assessed every 3 years.
