Resource Management - Clause 6

6.2 Staff competence must be determined for those who carry out work affecting product. This includes a requirement for staff to :

- be aware of the relevance and importance of what they do, and

- how they can contribute towards achieving quality objectives

6.3 Infrastructure requirements to achieve product conformity need to be addressed. Where applicable, these include :

- Buildings, workspace and associated utilities

- Process equipment (both hardware and software)

- Supporting services (e.g. transport or communication)

6.4 Similarly, the client's work environment needs must be determined and managed where this affects product conformity requirements.
