Our policy on advice

The rules under which we work do not allow us to consult with the companies we assess, i.e. you, our customers. This means that when it comes to implementing a Quality Management System, we cannot tell you what to do or how to do it. However, what we can do is offer advice on how to interpret the various standards, especially the ISO9000 series. Please call or write if you would like to know how to get started or if you simply wish to clarify a point. Also, in our travels, clients often tell us that they have used a Consultant to help them. We cannot recommend anyone other than to suggest that you might make contact with them and judge for yourself.

Now, having decided to put your Quality System together and become a registered ISO 9000 company, this page explains why you should choose an Accredited company to carry out your assessment.
